If you are not happy with your order please send it back to us within 14 days of receipt in the same condition and we will happily provide you with a refund. We offer a no quibble refund policy.
If the goods are faulty, then we will cover your costs to return them. If you decide to return your goods for any other reason, we will not cover your costs to return them.
When returning products they must be in the same condition sold. Yarn that smells of smoke or is covered in animal fur will NOT be refunded as we cannot resell it.
We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit. Please package the goods carefully to avoid damage and return them by recorded delivery or registered post. Proof of postage cannot be accepted as proof of delivery.
Please email when you are ready to return the goods and a returns address will be sent to you at that time.
Please remember to include your name, address and a copy of your purchase receipt with the returned items.
We will process your refund within 30 days once the product has been returned to us.
If you purchased from abroad and therefore your currency is not Sterling, the amount refunded will depend on the exchange rate at the time of the refund being made. This will be undertaken automatically by PayPal and is outside of our control.
